If you purchased Vitamin-R from us directly after the 1st of January 2021, or own a forever upgrade, all you need to do is enter your email address in our unlock code database. Your new codes are sent automatically. Please use the same email address that you used for the purchase.
Bought from the Mac App Store
If you bought Vitamin-R 3 from the Mac App Store after the 1st of January 2021, please contact us at support@publicspace.net and include your App Store receipt as proof of purchase.
Apple does not tell us who buys our software from the Mac App Store, so we cannot check whether you are a customer unless you provide the receipt.
The Mac App Store also has no mechanism for discounted upgrades, so we can only offer you an upgrade to the version downloaded from our website. If you absolutely want to own the Mac App Store version of Vitamin-R, you will have to buy it again at full price from the Mac App Store. Apple's store, Apple's rules.
Bought earlier than that?
Purchases made before the 1st of January 2021 qualify for a discounted upgrade to version 4. You do not need to find your old unlock code; we handle those details internally.

Free upgrade to Vitamin-R 3
You qualified for a free upgrade to version 3 if you purchased Vitamin-R 2 after the 1st of January 2018, either directly from us (new codes via the unlock code database) or from the Mac App Store (contact us with your receipt).
Free upgrade to Vitamin-R 2
You qualified for a free upgrade to version 2 if you purchased Vitamin-R 1 after the 1st of January 2013, under the same conditions.
